Q) Do I need to do anything?
A) If you access your web hosting account or e-mail service by IP Address you will need to update those settings (following the relocation), please contact Provider-one.net Customer Support for more information.  If you access your account by DNS name i.e. mail.yourdomain.co.uk then no action is required on your part.

Q) Will I lose any e-mail during the migration?
A) No, all e-mail will be queued and forwarded for delivery after the migration has been completed. Please note that there may be a slight delay in email delivery during the migration of your web hosting account.

Q) What changes should I expect?
A)  The new hosting server is a higher specification and operates using the latest version of the operating system and control panel software.   Below are the highlights of the changes:
